The Accountability & Transparency for Human Rights (AT4HR) Foundation was formed in 2011 to advance human rights by promoting accountability, transparency and participation. read more

AT4HR led the Budget Transparency & Child Nutrition (BTCN) project in collaboration with civil society organisations in five African countrues, the International Budget Partnership and Save the Children. This involved coordinating the work, developing the methodology, managing the research and peer review processes, as well as analysing and reporting on the findings from those five African countries. read more

AT4HR also developed a guide to conducting a survey on Budget Transparency and Human Rights. The guide builds on the experience of the BTCN project. read more



The Open Budget Survey 2017 will be realeased by the International Budget Partnership in the beginning of 2018.
